Temperature Control
Corrosion-resistant titanium tube heater designed for saltwater. No built-in thermostat—controlled externally for precision PWM operation.
Power Control
Solid State Relay (SSR)
Fotek / Omron • SSR-40DA
Zero-crossing solid state relay for silent, precise PWM heater control. No mechanical contacts to wear out.
Thermal Fuse
Various • 85°C 10A
One-shot thermal protection device. Permanently breaks circuit if water temperature exceeds safe limits.
Water Management
ATO Pump
Kamoer / Jebao • DC 12V Dosing Pump
Quiet peristaltic dosing pump for automatic top-off. Self-priming with replaceable tubing.
Water Level Sensor

Non-mechanical optical sensor for precise water level detection. No moving parts to stick or fail.
Control Electronics
Dual-core WiFi/Bluetooth microcontroller. Runs sensor modules and communicates with the hub.
Hub controller on our custom-designed carrier board. The CM4 is socketed for easy replacement. Carrier board includes all I/O, power regulation, and cellular backup circuitry.
